Software for Pediatrics

The AMS Practice Management ULTRA Software provides Pediatric practices with Growth Charts as well as Immunization and Vaccination History.

Create a Growth Chart for your patients as specified below. Choose the Chart Type that you want displayed. The color scheme of the chart that is displayed is customizable.

Store Vaccines that will allow you to enter in each vaccination that your patient has received. You will also be able to setup Immunization Schedules for the vaccines that have been entered here. You can include a hyperlink to a Vaccine Information Statement.

When adding the Immunization as one that has been received, you will specify the information that applies to this immunization. When you choose to add a schedule for a patient, you will see the date the patient is to receive the immunization will be displayed. You will then have the option to print a patient's Immunization History and/or the Immunization Schedule.
