How to become a Value Added Reseller
There are no sign-on fees required to become a VAR for American Medical Software. You are required to complete both the VAR Application form and the VAR Agreement form and submit them to AMS for approval. Once approved, you are eligible to purchase any AMS software product at a VAR discount for resale only. Discount is not applicable to any software purchased for your own use as a billing or management service, or for any other AMS products or services. All purchases require payment
in full at the time of the order. The first order must be paid by Certified Bank check or Money Order, or we accept VISA/Mastercard.
With the complexity of today’s average medical practice, it is essential that you have a good working knowledge of the software to be successful demonstrating and selling it.
It is important to become properly trained as soon as possible. To aid you with learning the many features and benefits the software provides, we have training videos available on our Website. We also encourage you to invest in web/phone training sessions where you receive one-on-one instruction from one of our trainers. Upon successful completion of training seminars, you may be eligible for lead generation in your area as well as additional discounts on software purchased for resale.
In addition to the Training Sessions, we have marketing materials available to aid you in promoting AMS products and services. Any use of the printed materials, content of the AMS website or AMS logo as part of any of your company’s marketing must have prior approval from American Medical Software.
